TAKING MONEY WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION

As others have reported Wix take money from your account without any notification before or after. Further it is not readily apparent that subscriptions are set to auto-renewal or how to cancel it. The whole renewal process is clearly not an at all transparent. Why, when it is common practice in other businesses?
I'll leave readers to draw their own conclusions on the ethical standards of the company and the chief executive who is ultimately responsible for how it does business.

Wonderful and efficient customer service

I contacted customer service regarding my plan renewal through the online chat. Keith was being very helpful, professional, and patient. He guided me through all the steps and I saved 50% of the fees. I am glad that I saved money on the annual plan. The more important thing is their customer service. I was with Godaddy before, they were not willing to help at all. I really appreciate the awesome customer service that Wix provides.

Truly, the best website builder

Without comparing it to another website, Wix is so easy to use, and the features are great! I'm someone with little to zero experience in designing and building websites. Don't worry if you run into any issues, their customer care experts are excellent. Not only do they solve your problem, but they also show you how and even make recommendations to optimize your website. I'm not even done yet, and this whole thing so far 10/10. Love it.

I had an issue with the video of my website. The expert took so much time to walk me through it and was very patient with me. Finally, the expert was able to work it out with me and it finally worked! I can say I was thrilled.

I appreciate the customer service and care that the WIX staff gave to me. Thank you, thank you!

I had a question bugging me and…

I had a question bugging me and couldn't see how to fix it. I connected with Oscar via chat and he had it sorted within minutes. I said I wasn't an expert as often you find the 'chat' people go way ahead, but Oscar was great! He gave me various solutions and my issue was sorted really quickly! That's what I call great customer service!

Wix is user friendly and you can make a professional looking website with very simpel tools. The website will guide you through all the features. I have been using WIX for 6 years now and they keep on improving their services and website. Extremely satisfied with WIX

TRULY REMARKABLE, GIVE HER A RAISE OR SOMEONE WILL SNAP HER UP!

The customer service I got today was incredible. The person I got were just being themselves. Not using some kind of script. Just Genuinely awesome. Abigail was her name and I'm left with my problems solved and she gave great suggestions to improve my contact form too. Had a laugh, made me smile and was even introduced to some new music which I now love! haha

Wix Provide Amazing Support

Wix have a quicker response time than any other internet service I have every used, I can get assistance within minutes either through the online chat or I can request a call and on the last four occasions I have received that call within a matter of a few minutes as well. It is very rare to find this level of online service. Wix are sure winning the support award for excellence

Price jumped over 50 dollars for annual subscription without prior notice and refund was denied.

why doesn't anybody from wix come back to us when we've used wix.com/callme

I've been trying them for days now, with no luck! The recording first said, that "due to call volume, i would have to call back when they next opened on Monday (feb 13th!)" which means that they haven't changed their answering message for days! Then I tried this morning, and there is a new recording that saids that they will next be open on Tuesday feb Feb 21st! So. $#*!. Seriously. We can't afford to rebuild our whole site again with another service! And i've/we've had WIX for over 6yrs now..

My Home Page is up and live but none of the links can be clicked including: a video, and all the links to the other pages on the site.

A:

You need to contact Wix support. I had a same problem with Facebook button, though, and it turned out that Facebook launched a new app for the button without any notification by Wix or Fb and the old one just stopped working as a result, so I had to manually put in the new one and remove the old one. Things like that are really annoying.
